AboutI've always felt a strong need for freedom. I often find myself wondering what truly matters in life, where we're headed as a society, and why we keep repeating the same patterns. I’m not searching for absolute answers, but I can’t ignore those questions either. Somewhere in that uncertainty, I realized that drawing brings me joy—it helps me stay connected to something honest. I’m not trying to change the world, but I do want to offer something real, from where I stand. And even when things feel heavy, I still believe we can choose love over fear.
Over time, I understood that creating can also be uncomfortable. That even a peaceful gesture — an image born from the desire for harmony — can be interpreted through the conflict of others. It was hard to accept that sharing something that comes from my heart doesn’t guarantee it will be received with the same openness. Still, I choose to keep creating. Not to impose or convince, but to offer another frequency. Something that neither excludes nor attacks, but exists in parallel, like a whisper amidst all the noise. It frees me to know that I don’t need to be liked to be true. And that every work that is born, no matter how small, is an act of presence.
Pampa Louzao is an Argentine visual artist. While he has a particular fascination with geometry, nature, and the morphology of objects in general, his work develops in series that explore various concepts and techniques.
Closer to the realm of ideas than to spontaneous impulses, Louzao builds visual universes that invite silence, contemplation, and imagination. He uses drawing—mainly graphite on paper—as the core of his practice, creating images where the rational and the organic coexist in precise, surreal compositions. Drawing, with its technical demands and its power of synthesis, represents for him the essence of the creative act—though it is neither a duty nor a fixed identity. It is a way of being present, of processing the invisible.
With a background in Industrial Design and Visual Arts, he has complemented his development through a strong self-taught approach, including online courses and internet resources. His work has been exhibited both in Argentina and internationally. His pieces are part of private collections, and he has been commissioned for several works.
