Quantum Physics Series

Inspired by the idea that our thoughts shape reality, I created a series of abstract figures that represent the fluid, ever-changing nature of existence. These surrealistic forms reflect the invisible forces at play in the quantum world, where energy and consciousness intertwine, shaping the possibilities of our experience. Through this work, I sought to express the limitless potential of the mind and its ability to transform reality.

México Series

During my trip to the Yucatán jungle in 2021, I was captivated by the vibrant energy of Mexican nature, particularly the mysterious beauty of the cenotes. These natural wonders, with their crystal-clear waters and otherworldly atmosphere, stirred my imagination and inspired me to create a series of surrealistic drawings. Through these works, I sought to capture the dreamlike fusion of nature’s hidden geometry and the mystical essence of the cenotes, blending organic forms with imaginative elements to reflect the deep connection between land, water, and spirit.

Scarification Series

Inspired by the ancient art of African Scarification, this project explores its deep symbolism and cultural significance. I transformed the intricate patterns into abstract, surreal forms, using lines to evoke themes of identity, transformation, and resilience. Through these works, I aim to honor the tradition while exploring its connection to personal and cultural expression.

Indigo

The awakening of a new consciousness
2012 - 2015

Planet Earth is alive, it vibrates! This vibration has been changing its tone for the last 200 years. In astrology, this change of vibration is related to the beginning of the Age of Aquarius and its new period of 12,000 years of galactic dawn. Indigo, the awakening of a new consciousness, explores this vibration through 5 lush-sized surrealistic drawings done with ballpoint pen on paper. These black fine lines are trying to communicate a new way of perceiving life in our Planet.  Humans, nature, geometry, architecture, planes of consciousness and perception are some of the topics included in this colossal project.
Using meditation as an instrument, we can open new doors to perception and break with the daily routine. Connecting with our inner-self is essential to heal and discover who we really are. Many treasures and wonders are hidden in the natural world, it’s time to perceive them as our own and  protect them. Note that geometry is present in all objects we perceive. Our Planet mission is ascending and turning itself into pure light. We humans also share the same destiny.

‘INDIGO II - Perception’ / 0,9x0,5 mts / Ink on paper

‘INDIGO III - Introspection’ / 1,2x0,9 mts / Ink on paper

‘INDIGO IV - ‘The consciousness awakening’ / 1,5x1,5 mts / Ink on paper

Acicles

Technique: Ink on paper.
Year: 2016

"Acícles" is a project inspired by the forests of Patagonia. It consists of fine forms, delicate and pointed ink drawings on kraft paper that cause no harm. In botany, "acículas" are pine trees leaves, and in my work, they represent subtle ideas that emerge from the imagination, floating and connecting like objects in nature.

Plants in Pots

Technique: ink on pocket Brügge sketchbook.
Year: 2021

For 38 days in Tulum, Mexico, I created one ink drawing per day, focusing on tropical plants kept in pots by humans. Each drawing took about 10 to 15 minutes to capture and an additional hour of work in the studio. The goal was to engage in quick observation and real-life drawing on the streets. The main objective was to connect with the tropical environment and raise awareness about our Planet.

About

Hello! Thank you for visiting my website. I hope you enjoyed my work.

My name is Pampa Louzao, I am an independent artist based in Buenos Aires. My work explores the intersection of natural and geometric forms, often focusing on the relationships between these shapes and how they transform through perception. I use pencil (graphite on paper) to create detailed, fluid compositions that evoke movement, connection, and the ever-changing world around us.

Since I was very young, I have had a passion for imagination and creation—whether it was building a toy city in my room at the age of 5 or representing an idea about quantum physics and geometry in a pencil drawing on paper. Playing, creating, imagining, inventing, and dreaming are the things that inspire me to do what I do and share it with the world.

I can say that I have been dedicated to art my whole life. Those rebellious drawings from my teenage years marked the beginning of something that would take shape during my time as a university student. At the University of Buenos Aires, where I studied industrial design, I realized I had a natural talent and inclination for hand-drawing. My artistic training continued at I.U.N.A (Art college based in Buenos Aires, Argentina), where I spent a few months, as well as through online courses and art theory books. Experience and time spent practicing observation gave me the tools to draw and convey my message.

My artistic vision varies according to my interests. I could never write an art statement focused on just one creative idea because it would limit me. I naturally turn to specific resources for inspiration, such as geometry and nature. More specifically, what truly inspires me is admiring the beauty of forms. It brings me great pleasure to find a perfect circular line within the petal of a flower, for instance. In this way, I seek the hidden treasures in everything that surrounds us, both in the physical and imaginary world, to combine them and create a work of art. The theme is anecdotal and changeable; what remains constant is the idea of communicating the beauty and perfection of forms.

My main technique for expressing this artistic vision is pencil drawing on paper, which I consider the foundation of all artistic concepts. I sell my original works directly to private clients without intermediaries and am also open to creating commissioned works, as long as the idea aligns with my artistic vision. I also create murals and have authentic, numbered copies of some of my works for sale. Additionally, I am open to collaborations with art galleries, brands, and related projects.

I really enjoy receiving messages from people interested in my work and genuinely love meeting new people. If you’re interested, don’t hesitate to contact me via email orInstagram.

It’s all about playing and enjoying our time in this life.

Thank you so much for your support.

Pampa Louzao
